Araik went to the "extreme measure" - started a "sit-in"
He complained that Azerbaijan was "never willing" to engage in "real dialogue" with the separatists.
"Throughout the blockade, we hoped that various actors in the international community would take steps to lift the blockade, however, we heard only kind words," the head of the illegal regime complained.
"Given the current dire situation, the impending humanitarian disaster and also the security disaster," Harutyunyan said he resorted to "extreme measure:" he decided to join "the sit-in" launched in the main square of Khankendi.
He further stated that he expects Armenia, the Russian Federation, the US, France, the EU, and the UN Security Council to influence Azerbaijan
"If the situation of the people of 'Artsakh' does not return to a more or less stable and normal state with international intervention in the coming week, after that we will resort to tougher actions both in 'Artsakh' and beyond. The moment is crucial," Harutyunyan further noted.
