Armenia-Turkey settlement is coordinated with Azerbaijan
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, after meeting with his counterpart in Baku, raised the issue of normalizing Armenian-Turkish relations.
According to Anadolu, Fidan once again reminded that the process of normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations is coordinated with Azerbaijan, stressing that they also support the process of normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“We also support international efforts to normalize relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. But at the same time, we call on the international community not to be biased, to maintain peace and not become an obstacle. The opening of the Zangezur communication is of great importance and for the benefit of the countries of the region,” he said.
The Turkish Foreign Minister also justified the blocking of the [Berdzor] Lachin Corridor, noting that this is the land of Azerbaijan, and Baku can use this territory at its discretion.
