Foreign Ministers of Russia, Türkiye hold talks in Ankara
Lavrov and Cavusoglu started negotiations in Ankara. The ministers will discuss issues of bilateral cooperation between Türkiye and the Russian Federation, as well as international issues.
Turkish and Russian Foreign Ministers Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and Sergey Lavrov are currently holding talks at the presidential palace in Ankara.
According to the previous reports, the parties intend to discuss the continuation of energy cooperation between Russia and Türkiye, the situation around Ukraine and Syria, the implementation of the grain deal, as well as the settlement in the South Caucasus.
In addition, the heads of diplomatic departments will consider issues of ensuring the comprehensive security of Russian tourists in Türkiye.
