Armed attack on the Azerbaijani embassy in Iran, a security officer was killed
On January 27 at 8:30 an armed attack was made on the Azerbaijani embassy to Iran.
According to the Iranian telegram channel MOUZE, the attackers opened fire from a machine gun. At the same time, an employee of the security service of the embassy was killed, and another was injured.
The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the deceased was the head of the embassy's security service. His name is not reported.
Official Tehran has not yet made any statement.
