Kremlin: Armenia, Azerbaijan confirmed their interest in Russia mediation
Armenia and Azerbaijan have confirmed their interest in their conflict’s settlement through the mediation of Russia, announced the press secretary of the Russian President, TASS reports.
"The parties have confirmed their interest in continuing our mediation efforts. So, the work will continue," Dmitry Peskov said.
As we have already informed, the Russia-Armenia-Azerbaijan summit was held in Sochi, Russia. First, the Russian president had separate meetings with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, after which a tripartite meeting was held. And as a result, a joint statement was adopted.
