Expert: There are more serious problems in Armenia than the referendum,
"The whole referendum is about changing seven people, while there are more serious problems," political expert Karen Kocharyan said during a meeting with journalists, News.am reports.
He expressed his worries about absence of investments. Besides that domestic cash turnover is very low. "The reason is that business and money love stability and current situation can bring to a serious collapse soon," Kocharyan said.
The expert underlined that if Hrayr Tovmasyan, current head of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, wrote a bad Constitution, then one can change the major law without initiating referendums twice in a year.
