Putin, Pashinyan discuss situation in Karabakh
Russian President Vladimir Putin had a phone conversation with Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at latter’s initiative, Kremlin press service reports.
“During the discussion of the situation over the Nagorno Karabakh the parties were pleased to note that the situation in the region has stabilized and is generally calm,” the Kremlin reported.
It also reported that the parties exchanged opinions on topical issues of bilateral cooperation, putting the accent on the cooperation in the energy sector and fight against coronavirus infection.
Arrangements on further contacts gave been achieved.
